ORTHO MAT™ MOLDED is 3/4"
thick, soft, comfortable, and
durable. It is made of tough foam
Nitrile rubber that is chemical
and oil resistant, nonabsorbant, and
very light weight. The ORTHO MAT™ MOLDED
is reversible, has non-slip surfaces top and
bottom, and has beveled edges. This fine mat
comes in precut sizes.
SOFT MAT EXTRUDED comes in 24",
36",
and 48" widths of any length.
This closed cell foam from Nitrile is long-lasting,
used in many 24/7 operations, and carries a 2-year
wear warranty.
Applications are where people stand, or are often
on their feet at daily tasks. Most environmental
factors have no adverse affects on this mat.
A soft anti-fatigue mat can improve
productivity, lower down time, improve employee
morale, and lessen
lower leg and back pain. Mat
softness (50-55d) leads to better circulation
and improves veinous return for people
that stand in stationary positions.

SOFT MAT has a long list of successful users
as it
is used in industrial, commercial, medical, and food
service tasks. The increase in circulation
in the legs helps eliminate discomfort. The softness
of the mat causes slight muscle flexing while in a stationary
position thus increasing blood flow. People moving in
aisles and on assembly lines will benefit with softer
heel strike and less shock to the skeletal system.
For food service and processing, and hospital and medical
use, ORTHO MAT™ ANTIMICROBIAL (molded only)
comes in work station and aisle sizes. Any length can
be made in 22" and 42" widths of epoxy bonded
pieces (epoxied joints are not recommended for extremely
wet areas). The Antimicrobial ingredient is added to
the rubber mix and is molded into the mat.
Matting comes in extruded and molded forms
of a similar Nitrile rubber compound. Both forms are
excellent in most applications. The
extruded form is continuous to 75 feet in one piece,
and is more economical. The molded comes in a 3 1/2'
x 6' factory molded sheet. With 3/4"
thickness, both forms are easily bonded to make any
size rectangular, circular, or special shape.
